Drive only 5 minutes to Captain Anderson’s Restaurant & Waterfront Market in the Grand Lagoon Marina, or a 15 minute drive will take you to the Pier Park Shopping Mall, offering a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment. Other area attractions include, yet are not limited to: Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Championship golf course, multiple Miniature golf courses, Deep Sea fishing charters, bay/dolphin/shell island tours and world class restaurants.
Upstairs is the Kitchen, Dining, Laundry and a spacious Living room with an outside Deck. The ground floor offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a front patio, backyard access and parking for 2 cars.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom as well as flat screen TV and an electronic fireplace. The Guest bedroom features a twin size bed with twin trundle that springs up to form a double bed if needed. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for entertaining and preparing meals. The Dining table seats four and the breakfast bar seats 2-4. The Living Room has a flat screen TV, electronic fireplace, a queen size sleeper sofa and access to the private balcony.

Security deposit is required at the time of booking, and is fully refundable after departure if there are no damages to the home. Security deposit is returned via check, mailed to the address on file for the reservation, and within 10-14 business days after your departure.
